Late Night Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes information practices for our public website and our internal application, Late Night Media Analytics, which uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services for authorized channel analytics and operations.
1. Who we are

Late Night Media Analytics
This internal application uses Google OAuth to obtain permission from authorized channel owners or managers. It uses YouTube API Services for authorized channel analytics and management. Public website visitors do not need to connect a Google account. This website does not provide access to the internal application.
2. Information we may access
When an authorized account holder connects a Google/YouTube account to Late Night Media Analytics, the application may access information permitted by the OAuth scopes granted, potentially including YouTube channel identifiers and metadata, video and playlist information, and channel/video performance and audience analytics. OAuth access or refresh tokens and authorization metadata may also be processed. Not yet verified: the actual OAuth scopes, whether identity/email, comments, revenue data, or write permissions are requested, and which of these categories are actually accessed. We do not request Google account passwords through OAuth.
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and inquiry. Our website may also generate basic technical access logs through its hosting provider.
3. How information is used
Authorized YouTube information is used to support internal reporting, content-performance analysis, channel operations, and related business decisions. Contact information is used to respond to inquiries. Not yet verified: the exact enabled reporting and management actions, and any restrictions on secondary uses.
4. Sharing and service providers
Access to authorized YouTube data is intended for Late Night Media's internal operations. Infrastructure, hosting, analytics, or automation service providers may process information when necessary to operate the application, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards. Not yet verified: all processors and recipients, what information each receives, any human access, legal disclosures, and whether information is sold or used for advertising.
5. Storage, security, and retention
The application may store retrieved API data, reports, OAuth access or refresh tokens, and operational logs depending on its configuration. Not yet verified: actual storage locations, stored data categories, access controls, encryption, backup handling, retention periods, and the applicable YouTube data refresh or deletion rules. These security controls and automatic deletion practices have not yet been confirmed.
6. Your choices, revocation, and deletion
You can revoke access granted to Late Night Media Analytics in your Google Account connections settings. To request deletion of information held by Late Night Media, email latenighttop5@gmail.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject. Revoking Google access does not necessarily delete information previously retrieved; contact us for deletion requests. Not yet verified: who handles requests, identity verification, deletion timelines, backup deletion, and any legally required retention.
7. Google and YouTube policies
Late Night Media Analytics uses YouTube API Services. By using an application that integrates with YouTube, you may also be subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. The application’s use of YouTube API Services is governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and applicable developer policies. The applicable Google policy is the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above will reflect the most recent revision.
